Failure in creating domain participant

Hi,

 

My application has many processes, currently all of them are running in a single machine. Each one creates a domain participant using default QOS:

 

participant = DDSDomainParticipantFactory::get_instance()->

                       create_participant(

                        1,                              /* Domain ID */
