DynamicDataSeq ( int  initialMaximum)

Construct a new empty com.rti.dds.dynamicdata.DynamicDataSeq.

The new sequence will have the given maximum. (The maximum of the sequence is equivalent to what, in an ArrayList, is called the capacity.)
