Third-Party Software in Connext DDS - Core Libraries & Utilities, Connext Micro, and the Build Infrastructure

This document outlines Real-Time Innovations (RTI) usage of third-party
open source software in the RTI Connext DDS Core Libraries and
Utilities. This product was previously known by the following names:
NDDS, RTI DDS, and RTI Data Distribution Service. This document also
applies to the RTI Connext Messaging product, Connext Micro, and the build infrastructure.
