5.6.1. [Minor] Setting logging.verbosity to NOTICE did not list provider information*

Setting the logging.verbosity property to NOTICE failed to show the RTI_Security_CryptoLibAdapter_listProviderInfo output described in Verifying the Usage of Providers, in the RTI Security Plugins User’s Manual.

One workaround was to first create and delete a dummy DomainParticipant with this property set to NOTICE. Creating subsequent DomainParticipants would log the expected output. This workaround is no longer necessary.
