1. Supported Platforms

You can run RTI® Code Generator as a Java application or, for performance reasons, as a native application that invokes Java.

• As a Java application, Code Generator is supported on all host platforms by using the script rtiddsgen.

• As a native application, Code Generator is supported by using the script rtiddsgen_server. This script is only supported on select host platforms, see the Core Libraries Platform Notes.
