4.12.1. [Major] .NET API built with only .NET Standard 2.0 as target framework

RTI’s .NET API was built with only .NET Standard 2.0 as the target framework, which may have caused some dependency issues in some .NET Standard 2.1 based projects. The .NET API now targets both standards, 2.0 and 2.1.

4.12.2. [Minor] DomainParticipant creation may not have respected EntityFactory auto-enable policy in C# API

Creating a DomainParticipant with a preEnableAction argument didn’t respect the EntityFactory auto-enable policy. The participant was enabled after the pre-enable action in all cases, even when EntityFactory.AutoEnableCreatedEntities was set to false. This problem has been resolved, ensuring consistent behavior with the EntityFactory QoS policy in this method.
