4.16.1. [Critical] TransportMulticast QoS locators not properly tracked by locator reachability *

A regression introduced in Connext 7.6.0 prevented locator reachability from tracking multicast locators configured in DataReaders using the TransportMulticast QoS policy. This issue prevented sending pings to this type of locator and could lead Connext to use unicast communication instead of multicast even if the communication through the multicast locator was working properly. Now the locators are properly tracked.

4.16.2. [Minor] Misleading log messages when printing or converting to string non-default TransportMulticast QoS policy

Printing or using the DDS_DataReaderQos_to_string API on a DataReader QoS that had the TransportMulticast QoS policy set to a non-default value logged exception messages as if you were attempting to change the QoS after enabling the DataReader:

DDS_TransportMulticastQosPolicy_is_equalI:ERROR: Trying to change immutable policy sequence length
DDS_DataReaderQos_equals_w_params: TransportMulticastQosPolicy unequal

Now the QoS is printed or converted into string without producing these messages.
