4.1.1. [Critical] Endpoint serialization/deserialization failure after deleting DomainParticipants if setting different xTypes compliance masks with NDDS_Config_set_xtypes_compliance_mask

Endpoints may have failed to serialize and deserialize data if you created DomainParticipants with different Extensible Types (xTypes) compliance masks (set with NDDS_Config_set_xtypes_compliance_mask) in the same application and then deleted some of those DomainParticipants. This resulted in a failure for existing DataWriters and DataReaders (on the still existing DomainParticipants) to serialize and deserialize data.

Now, you can use NDDS_Config_set_xtypes_compliance_mask to create and delete DomainParticipants with different xTypes compliance masks in the same application without affecting other DomainParticipants.
