4.3.1. [Critical] Persistence Service may have hung when enabling data synchronization *

In release 7.5.0, a new, more efficient synchronization protocol was introduced. However, enabling this protocol could cause Persistence Service to hang if one of its PRSTDataWriters became blocked during a write operation.

This issue was more likely to occur when one or more Persistence Service instances stopped ungracefully while synchronizing their data.
