Transport Port Number

The port number of a locator is not directly configurable.  Rather, it is 
configured indirectly by the :link_connextmicro_dds_api_c_up_two:`DDS_WireProtocolQosPolicy <structDDS__WireProtocolQosPolicy.html>`
(:link_connextmicro_dds_api_c_up_two:`rtps_well_known_ports <structDDS__WireProtocolQosPolicy.html>`) 
of the *DomainParticipant's* QoS, where a well-known, interoperable RTPS port number  
is assigned.
