10.4.17.1. [Minor] Creating new DomainParticipant while receiving data could cause undefined behavior

Under rare conditions, creating a DomainParticipant while an existing DomainParticipant was processing an RTPS message could lead to undefined behavior.

10.4.17.2. [Minor] DDS_WstringSeq instance could be returned in an inconsistent state when set_maximum failed

If the function DDS_WstringSeq_set_maximum() failed and returned RTI_FALSE, the entire input sequence object could be returned in an inconsistent state.
