10.4.18. Platform and Build Changes¶
10.4.18.1. [Major] Possible transmission failure when SocketOwner was configured¶
When Connext Micro was configured to use SocketOwner, the send socket was not bound to
a local address before calling TcpIp_UdpTransmit(), which could cause the
transmission to fail. The send socket is now bound to the configured
send_local_addr_id with an OS-assigned ephemeral port (using
TCPIP_PORT_ANY) before the first UDP transmission.

10.4.18.2. [Trivial] Not possible to disable thread semaphores¶
It was not possible to disable thread semaphores when building the full
Connext Micro source code. Thread semaphores are used to suspend
threads when using the KEEP_ALL HISTORY
QoS policy, or when there are no available samples.

10.4.18.3. [Trivial] rtime-make would not compile Lightweight Security Plugin outside of source directory¶
If you called rtime-make outside of the Connext Micro source
directory, the Lightweight Security Plugin source would not compile.

10.4.18.4. [Trivial] Excluing DDS flow control and fragmentation resulted in compile time error¶
The cmake option RTIME_DDS_ENABLE_FLOW_CONRTOL did not completely
remote DDS flow control and fragmentation support from the core
libraries and resulted in a compile time error.
