10.4.4.1. [Minor] DataWriter resent already-acknowledged samples when responding to ACKNACK on a lossy network

When a GAP message was lost on the wire, a DataWriter could resend a sample that the DataReader had already acknowledged, producing spurious log warnings on the DataReader.
