Declares IDL sequence< com.rti.dds.infrastructure.ChannelSettings_t >

A sequence of com.rti.dds.infrastructure.ChannelSettings_t used to configure the channels' properties. If the length of the sequence is zero, the com.rti.dds.infrastructure.MultiChannelQosPolicy has no effect.
