This trait type is specialized for IDL-generated types provide a member kind of type dds::core::xtypes::ExtensibilityKind.

For example, given the following IDL type, Foo:

struct Foo {
    long x;
}; //@Extensibility MUTABLE_EXTENSIBILITY

You can obtain its extensility kind:

assert (rti::topic::extensibility<Foo>::kind
     == dds::core::xtypes::ExtensibilityKind::MUTABLE);
