Corresponds to the Extended Common Data Representation encoding version 1.

For plain language binding, if the allow_data_representation annotation is not specified or if it contains the value XCDR, RTI Connext translates this field to com.rti.dds.infrastructure.DataRepresentationQosPolicy.XCDR_DATA_REPRESENTATION. Otherwise, it translates this field to com.rti.dds.infrastructure.DataRepresentationQosPolicy.XCDR2_DATA_REPRESENTATION.

For the FlatData language binding, RTI Connext translates this field to com.rti.dds.infrastructure.DataRepresentationQosPolicy.XCDR2_DATA_REPRESENTATION.
