DDS_Long	unacknowledged_count
	The number of matched DDSDataReader entities that did not acknowledge the sample before it was removed.
DDS_InstanceHandle_t	instance_handle
	The instance_handle for the sample. If the DDSDataWriter is not keyed the value is DDS_HANDLE_NIL.

The sequence number of the unacknowledged sample.
