2.4.8. Load Data Type Files

When there are many data types, it can be tedious to have to load a file each time a subscription or publication is created. To solve this problem, Admin Console can automatically load all data types from one or more XML files.

The Load Data Type Files feature can save time when working with multiple data types or if the system data types are not propagated during the discovery process. The successfully loaded data types will be available when creating subscriptions or publications in Admin Console.

This feature is accessed from File > Load Data Type Files.
