Excel Addin Installation

I try to install an excel plugin but they say "Microsoft Excel(r) installation not found" but my computer already installs office ( office 365 64bit ).

 

How can I resolve that?

Hi Sarleng,

Office 365 is not officially supported, however we know that some customers are using it. Could you answer the following questions?

  • Which version of ConnextDDS are you installing?
  • Is office 365 installed in the default installation folder?

- RTI Connext Professional

Is office 365 installed in the default installation folder?

 

- Yes, in C:\Program Files

 

but now I already installed Excel 2016 for trying plugin but I would like to use with Office 365

BTW, After trying with Excel 2016 I have some problems. I try to use StrictReliable with history=30 for the demo live excel chart. It works fine only 10-20 seconds and then not update anymore.

Any suggestion?
