What are RTI Connext DDS' export control classifications?

There are different export categorizations depending on whether you are using a product component that contains encryption or not. The RTI Connext DDS core without encryption is classified as EAR99 ( http://usexportcompliance.com/FAQear.htm#EAR99 ) with no license required for export in almost all cases.
Versions of RTI's products that include encryption are classified as ECCN 5D002c and for most destinations and end uses it can be exported under the ENC license exception. I've responded directly to Rip, but if other customers have questions regarding their specific situation, please contact license@rti.com or your account team and we can provide you the appropriate write-up.
