Having to reset my password every time I log in

Is anyone else having to reset their password everything time they log in?
The website does that to me, and I know I'm inputting the correct password.
I even log out to verify the new password after I get the reset link, and the new one doesn't work. So what's up with that?
Is there a way I can reach out to the website maintainer to raise this problem?
