Installing error of Spreadsheet Add-in

I'm using windows 10 x64 OS, Microsoft office 365 and RTI connext DDS 6.1.0. There is an installing error when I install the Spreadsheet Add-in, how can I solve this problem? The Spreadsheet Add-in can not be loaded correctly, maybe due to the installing error

Hi Kcuebi,

   Our Spreadsheet-Addin expert is out-of-office this week and next but I checked the version support and found that: "Compatible with Microsoft Office Excel 2013, 2016 and 2019." As such, we don't expect this product to work with Office 365.
