Issue with Governance File in RTI Perftest 4.1.1 and RTI Connext DDS 7.5.0

Issue with Governance File in RTI Perftest 4.1.1 and RTI Connext DDS 7.5.0
I am evaluating RTI Connext DDS 7.5.0 and using RTI Perftest 4.1.1 for performance testing with security. However, I am encountering an issue when trying to use a governance file with the -secureGovernanceFile parameter using the RTI launcher.
 
Here is the error message I receive:
 
RTI Perftest 4.1.1 9d0e08b6 (release/4.1.1) (RTI Connext DDS 7.3.0)  
Cannot parse '-secureGovernanceFile', invalid input.  
Cannot parse 'C:\Users\ABBAGONAH\Documents\rti_workspace\7.5.0\user_config\..\utilities\perftest\resource\secure\signed_PerftestGovernance_.xml', invalid input.  
Test ended.

If this is the RTI Perftest you downloaded already compiled, it does not have the security options enabled, that is why in the "-h" they are not listed and why it shows as an unknown parameter.

You will need to compile it yourself against a Connext DDS installation with the security libraries.
