how to set qos xml to make latency as smaller as possible

hi,

i want to make two different machine communicate based on RTI DDS, and i have used XML to configure Qos.  i want the latency to be as smaller as possible, but i have no idea which parameter should i tune and how to tune. Asking for help, thanks!
