Why do I see a blank page after logging into the RTI Support portal?
Depending on the enabled tracking protection of your web browser, it could block the cross-site cookies that the RTI Support portal needs to work. For example, with strict tracking protection you could see a blank page instead of loading the content of the RTI Support portal.
This is a known issue in Mozilla Firefox when the Content Blocking is configured to “Always” or “Strict”. You can avoid this issue by setting the content blocking to “Private Window Only”/“Standard”, or adding a manual exception for the RTI Support portal.
