Tune Your OS for Performance
Most operating systems are not configured for high-performance networking out of the box. To get maximum throughput performance from RTI Connext DDS, you may need to tune your OS for higher throughput data.
On Linux, you can tune your system by editing the sysctl.conf file. On Windows, you may need to edit your registry to get high throughput. Embedded platforms have a variety of platform-dependent mechanisms for tuning throughput.
