Take a look in your Connext installation under “resource/xml/BaselineRoot.documentationONLY.xml”. I think the profile at the top, “Baseline.Root”, may be the profile you are looking for. It is meant to represent the default values.
However, you might also want to look at “BuiltinProfiles.documentationONLY.xml” in that same folder. Among the built-in profiles, many people find a useful starting point such as “Pattern.ReliableStreaming” or “Generic.Participant.LargeData”, to name a couple of random examples.
