How to combine RTI DDS and Java language to send a text file from server to client?

Good afternoon everyone, I have a java program that can send a text file, such as pdf, txt, jpeq and wmv file. However, I would like to use RTI DDS combine with my Java program to test the performance by comparing with another protocol.

I do not know how to combine them together. If someone knows or have experience about that, please advise me.
