I want to find some RTPS header files to research some historycache movements

Hi.

I've asked so many questions.. (maybe 3 or 4 i guess)

I want to look up RTPS historycache movement, but it is so difficult.

First, I cannot find header file. (I searched with 'rtps' in my NDDSHOME, but there was not in)

Second, There were no references in RTI connext API document..

 

What my goal is 'to check historycache when on_data_available listener is called'.

Please help me. Thx.

Hi,

I do not understand what you want to see here. RTPS is the wire protocol DDS uses underneath but normally a DDS application is not exposed to this internal workings all it sees are the results which are accessed via the DataReader and DataWriter APIs.

What kind of "RTPS historycache movement" are you looking for. Are you referring to the state machines in the RTPS Wire Specification document? This document and state machines are only relevant to DDS implementors, not to users of the API...
