Latency_s clarification in routing service monitor status set

Latency_s clarification in routing service monitor status set

Hi,

What units are applied to the latency_s values published in the routing service monitoring data? I read the users manual and it seems like it is the time between when the stream reader receives the sample and the stream writer writes the sample.  It seems like it should be in seconds because of the "_s" but I'm seeing values that are more like microseconds.
