why subscriber sometimes can not recevie data

hi,i am come from china , just A few days ago, my leader give me the DDS maintenance task, but i have some quesition need for help.

I am using  DDS of version  5.0.0.0,  I  config with persistence service ,fist when i   transfer  small file the subscriber is right but  when i published file more than 20M-30M  ,the subscriber can not recevie  data  after that  when i transfer small file  the subscriber can not recevie the small file. 

is there any one can help me
