Issue with DNS server not responding

Hello everyone, I have been facing a problem on Windows 10 PC that DNS server not responding. Has anyone faced any similar kind of issue before? Please guide me.

Anyway guys, I have resolved the issue by restarting the network connection that suggested here, also cleared the DNS cache. Now the DNS server is working properly.
