Deadline and Routing Service

Hi all, 

How we can write call back for deadline miss for reader/writers created by Routing Service.

create Docker image without install the os

i want to create the docker image of dds application. in docker image do not want to install the any OS. how i create it please help me.i put the contant of dockfile as bellow

  It is working fine  when i use "FROM ubuntu:16.04"  but if i use "FROM scratch" instead of  "FROM ubuntu:16.04"  then it give the error

Problem in registering topics and publishing

While running my program using DDS RTI Connext, I face following probelms.

1. It takes time to register topics. Sometimes 5 minutes and sometimes more.

2. So while running my program, I get follwing output:
