Getting COMMENDFacade_canSampleBeSent:NOT SUPPORTED | Fragment data not supported by this writer after upgrading to 6.1.2-rti-6.1.2.13.
We are upgrading our RTI Version to 6.1.2-rti-6.1.2.13. Although fragmentation and all related settings are enabled in our QOS File but still seems like fragmentation is not happening, Getting this error in our servicr logs while sending the data and the data is not coming in the RTI Admin console :

We are using a 3G cellular link to send data back from a remote device. I had a problem where I was seeing Readers/Writers being discovered by Spy, but no samples would ever come through. Upon closer inspection, it appeared that discovery wasn't in fact ever completing, although Spy showed the readers/writers. Turning on verbosity showed that there was some strange errors on type matching. Our typecode is roughly ~3-4k.
