2.2.6. Step 6: Distributed Log View

RTI services use RTI Distributed Logger to publish their log messages. Admin Console provides a GUI display for RTI services and any process that uses RTI Distributed Logger.

In the Processes View, select the example you’re running, then click the Log tab in the main view to see the current log messages for the running example’s process.

2.2.6.1. Log Settings

There are many options for customizing the Log display. Select the Remote Settings button at the bottom of the log to filter, format, or change the verbosity of the Distributed Logger messages.
