3.2.5.1. Secure BuiltinLoggingTopic renamed to BuiltinLoggingTypeV2

In support of the year 2038, Admin Console has added support for the new DDS:Security:LogTopicV2 Topic to receive security events. Admin Console supports both new (DDS:Security:LogTopicV2) and old (DDS:Security:LogTopic) types and Topics in 7.3.0.
